Spending Mindfully, a money community for everyday Canadians

Spending Mindfully is a private Facebook group, started by Darcie Nolan on January 2, 2025, where Canadians help each other be mindful of their spending. Members share ways to cut the grocery bill, plan ahead for school breaks, make meal prep and freezer meals work, and find a little extra money. It is general education, not financial advice.

More than 1,300 members as of September 2026
